| Admin notes | 9/12/23 Owner was involved in a accident resulting her to become severely injured and unable to provide for her pet. Owner stated boyfriend takes dog out for her before work and late at night when he gets off otherwise the dog is in a kennel. Owner was advised of our policy and procedures and was informed if neighbor brings dog in for her they will need a note from her and a photo copy of her id to drop off the dog with us. C.
