7/20/23 called and left VM DM
8/2/23-Called Mellissa and she stated that she met this guy, and they were together for 3 years and they are no longer together. The guy abandoned the dogs and Melissa has been caring for them for two months. I asked if I could get his information so i could go to my supervisor and figure out a plan. Melissa refused to give me the info and said that she has a restraing order on the guy and doesn't want him involved. I told her again if i could get his information due to there may be another possible owner in the situation and Melissa cut me off and hung the phone. AM

8/9/23 Called owner, no longer needs a surrender appointment as she found another way. C. Wildermuth
