7/14/23 called left VM DM
7/19/23 called and spoke to the owner and he said he is moving into an appartment that does not allow pets and it was the only one he could afford. he is going to reach out to rescue groups and post on social media while he awaits his appointment. he is aware of our policies and knows we cannot guarantee an outcome for his dog DM
