Admin notes | 6/29/23 Called owner and was told she cannot afford food/ vet care for her dog anymore. I explained to the owner we are a kill shelter and asked if she was c=okay to continue with my questions in which she stated no she would find somewhere else. C . Wildermuth 6/29/23 Owner called back wanting to know when she could bring in her dog. I began explaining I would need to look up the next available app for her. She then asked how long we keep the dogs in which she was explained as long as we possibly can. She was explained again that we are a kill shelter and cannot promise any outcome for any pet that comes to our facility. The owner still was not understanding in which she needed a translator. Shenahz then came into the room and spoke with the owner and informed her of the same information. She was also informed she will need to create a Facebook post, Instagram, go to adopt a pet. com, create a community online bulletin post as well reach out to rescues via email and provide all documented proof she has done so to surrender to the shelter.
