| Admin notes | 5/25/23 Owner works out of state and does not have the time or care to provide to his dogs. Owner was made aware he must show proof of post on facebook, instagram, spoke with at least 4 rescues or more, create a post on adopt a pet/rehome page as well a community online bulletin.
