5/10/23- Called and left VM.am
5/17/23 called and left a VM I told her that because her daughters are the owners of the cats and both adults, they would have to be the one who comes and surrenders them. I also stated because this is the second attempt to contact, we need to hear from her by Friday 5/19/23 if not we will close her form out. DM
5/19/23 OWNER CALLED AND SAID THEY ARE ACTULLY HER CATS SHE GOT THEM FOR HER DAUGHTERS, SHE CAN NO LONGER KEEP THEM DUE TO THE FACT THAT SHE JUST HAD A BABY AND WILL NOT LET THE BABY AROUND THE CAT IN FEAR OF THE BABY BEING SCRATCHED. SHE HAS CALLED FRIENDS AND FAMILY AND POSTED THEM ON SOCIAL MEDIA TO IF ANYONE COULD TAKE THE CATS BUT HAS HAD NO LUCK. SHE SAID SHE WILL CONTINUE REACHING OUT TO PEOPLE UP WHILE SHE AWAITS HER APPOINTMENT TIME. I DID MAKE HER AWARE OF OUR POLICIES AND THAT WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE AN OUTCOME FOR HER CATS DM
