5/10/23- Called and left VM. AM
5/17/23 called and spoke to the owner she is moving in with someone due to finical reasons and cannot take the cats with her. she is continuing to look for new homes for them as she awaits the appointment time. I did make her aware of our policies and that we cannot guarantee an outcome for her cat DM
