5/9/23- Phone# is not in service. I sent email saying that the owner has until 5/12/23 to get back with and if not the surrender form will be voided. AM
5/10/23- Owner called back and stated that her child has allergies. I told the owner she needs to try 3 different ways of rehoming the animal before the appointment and needs to show proof. I made her aware of our policies and cannot guarantee the outcome of the animal. AM
