| Admin notes | 3/7/23 Owner is becoming severely ill due to dogs skin condition. Was informed the dog was taken to two different vet offices and they are unable to determine what caused the issue. Owner stated when she took the dog to the vet back in march for a bladder surgery, it was not long after the dog broke out with a sin condition. I asked the owner to bring in all medical information for us to see . Owner was also informed of all our policies and procedures. C. Wildermuth |
