| Admin notes | 1/30/23- Called the owner and the dog has reoccurring skin issue, ear infections, and has a mass on its mammary glands. Due to the owner is not able to properly care for the animal i made her an appointment for Feb 8. I did make the owner aware of possible 300 but when the dog gets here, we are going to reassess the medical care for the dog. The owner may have someone come in for her because she is moving. I told her that that person needs to have a picture of photo id, a handwritten letter with her signature at the bottom. AM |
