| Additional comments | The cats seem to hang around a rental property in which the renters moved out abruptly. The back yard of the property ( a mobile home located at 1821 Jersey Ave St Cloud, FL 34769) is not maintained and is over thigh high. The cats are always in that yard and look like they can get under the mobile home. Maybe they were abandoned. The owner of the rental property doesn't really maintain it the best. |
