| Additional comments | We just moved in and the neighbor has been feeding two stray cats. Previous tenants have tried to talk to the neighbor about feeding them but she hasn’t listened. We see the cats constantly itching and our dog (who has never had fleas) became infested with them within two weeks of moving in and using our yard, which the cats are constantly in. They have also hissed and snapped at my dog as he has walked by the buses on our property. |
