I have recent photographs that I took today March 7, 2022. I have reported the resident countless times to the front desk and even though I am aware they try there is no results and the situation is becoming unbearable. They tell me there is nothing they can do. This is my business and a rental property and a recent review on a global rental website called Oak Plantation CAT CENTRAL . I have had so many bad reviews because of the selfish actions of this resident who does not fully understand that it is against the county regulations to feed feral cats. Of course what happens is the raccoons come along and they become tame and vicious and sometimes prevent my guests from entering the apartment. I feel I have been tolerant and I have tried extremely hard to use the channels available to me but as I am getting nowhere I want to seek the help of the county. The contact at the front desk is DAWN who is the manager and I have provided the email address. We were told by a tenant in that house, the owners feed them in the backyard and have 6 additional breeding ones inside as well, And after kittens are grown they put them outside to live and subsequently continue breeding outdoors. The aggressive males that wonder properties to attack pet cats constantly spray on all our yards. Please please help us. Thank you. | ||||||

You will need to coordinate with the management of the property. We did feed them when we were there. The black and white female was skittish, but good about being pet with food available. The male we saw would linger out of reach, but when we left he would eat. He is an orange polydactyl male. We were staying in building 23 on the property. I know other people were feeding them, and given the nature of the property I'm sure others who stay there will feed them. | ||||||

There is a not friendly black male, tabby, black teenager cat, a small momma, and 2 kittens. All but the male black cat seem friendly but will attack if touched. This is probably her 4th litter..If the mom and tabby can't get homes if they are fixed I can feed them...but the black male I think he is the one peeing on all our things.
