I have recent photographs that I took today March 7, 2022. I have reported the resident countless times to the front desk and even though I am aware they try there is no results and the situation is becoming unbearable. They tell me there is nothing they can do. This is my business and a rental property and a recent review on a global rental website called Oak Plantation CAT CENTRAL . I have had so many bad reviews because of the selfish actions of this resident who does not fully understand that it is against the county regulations to feed feral cats. Of course what happens is the raccoons come along and they become tame and vicious and sometimes prevent my guests from entering the apartment. I feel I have been tolerant and I have tried extremely hard to use the channels available to me but as I am getting nowhere I want to seek the help of the county. The contact at the front desk is DAWN who is the manager and I have provided the email address. Reservations@oakplantationresort.com I have documented this situation for more than a year and have countless photographs as evidence of the situation. I thank you for your anticipated help.

Previous tenants have tried to talk to the neighbor about feeding them but she hasn’t listened. We see the cats constantly itching and our dog (who has never had fleas) became infested with them within two weeks of moving in and using our yard, which the cats are constantly in. They have also hissed and snapped at my dog as he has walked by the buses on our property.

I help coordinate the group from afar. The other volunteers are in Kissimmmee. We have been feeding the cats for a couple of years ever since the home owners who' were feeding them moved away. Best Friends helped us do TNR , but now we have around 8 that have joined the colony that do not have clipped ears. Our group can help somewhat with the trapping, but I think we need some guidance. Neighbors who give them food but ignore it have been called to their attention. The last thing I would like to do is have to move because of this problem. Thank you for the help you can provide.

They like to be around people but don’t liked to be touched too much. Some ok with being petted. There are at least 3 to 4 neighbors feeding them now. They like to be in our backyard and move between the yards. Our neighbors also have outdoor cats and they feed and interact with them. Apparently, the other cats are spayed and neutered.
