How we can help you keep your animals?

Unfortunately there isn't much that others can do so that we can keep him, I recently graduated & am now working two full time jobs & was the main caretaker, I no longer have enough time to properly care for him, our landlord has also already warned us that we aren't allowed to have dogs on the property & could get evicted if she discovers we have him. He's a large, high energy dog that needs a lot of space & time dedicated to him that we unfortunately are not able to give him anymore since we moved. My family & I have tried a lot of different methods to try & keep him active with proper attention & care that any large dog would need but it simply isn't enough. He's gotten very difficult though no fault of his own, he's started developing habits because of that lack of exercise & an outlet for him to exhaust his energy. His space is now very limited to a small porch we have that he has ripped through the screen multiple times & accidentally escaped we now have to keep him tied up to avoid him escaping. He never had this issue before because he was regularly walked now that his time there has extended he has become quite destructive, bitting through the screen porch is just one example he also bites through his leashes if left unattended for some time. Nonetheless with a heavy heart my family & I have come to the decision that we have to surrender him. It simply isn't fair that he has to be confined to such a small area & isn't given enough time like he deserves. We've tried re homing him through friends & other family members but have had no luck in finding anyone. He's a good boy & it breaks our heart that we aren't able to care for him the way he should be, so we've come to the decision that surrendering him would be the best option for everyone. He deserves a wonderful family who can give him all the time & love that he needs. He's never had any behavioral problems with any other pets & has gone to dog parks & gotten along with other dogs there great. He's also very good with people, he just gets excited & wants to jump on everyone, other than that he's completely harmless & behaves like a giant puppy, I'm not sure he's aware of his size and just wants to run and play with everyone.
